1 General Definitions

By using ow77 services, you are considered to have agreed to all terms in this agreement. ow77's website, mobile site and related platforms are all part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must have a valid account at ow77 to play. Each player may only open one account in their own name.

When opening an account, you must provide your real name, date of birth and contact details. If false or deliberately misleading information is provided, ow77 may review and close that account.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. You are responsible for all gameplay, deposits and withdrawals made from your account. ow77 will not be liable for any losses caused by third-party use of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ow77 reserves the right to request a copy of your national registration card or identity document at any time. Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Players agree that withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Fund Restrictions

Funds deposited at ow77 are intended for gaming purposes only. Using your ow77 account as a money storage system is not permitted. If funds are deposited without any attempt to play and then withdrawn, ow77 reserves the right to review and act on that transaction.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

ow77 bonuses and promotions are issued with clear terms and conditions. A bonus cannot be withdrawn immediately upon deposit — it may only be withdrawn after the agreed wagering requirement has been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus of up to 500,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Deposit 840,000 Ks, receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Cancellation

ow77 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice. If a player is found to be using bonuses in an arbitrage pattern, or abusing or misusing them in any way, ow77 may confiscate the bonus and any winnings associated with it.

4.3 VIP Programme

ow77 has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze members can earn up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6% and Platinum up to 0.8%. Tier progression is determined by the player's wagering volume and activity level.

5 Gaming Policy

Game outcomes, bets and refund results on ow77 depend on how the ow77 platform operates.

5.1 Game Result Fairness

Games at ow77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG). ow77 commits to ensuring fair play.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical issue on the player's side that ow77 cannot resolve, ow77 may treat that game as incomplete and issue a refund. This decision is made solely at ow77's discretion.

5.3 Betting Limits

ow77 reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts per round and individual game limits. If ow77 determines that a bet has exceeded the set limit, ow77 reserves the right to void that bet along with any winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following uses of the ow77 platform are strictly prohibited—

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Abusing bonuses to inflate funds (bonus abuse)
• Using bots or auto-play scripts that calculate platform software or game outcomes in advance
• Money laundering and transfer methods that work in a similar way
• Threatening or acting aggressively toward ow77 staff or service representatives
• Using a third party's payment method without authorisation
• Attempting to bypass the platform's technical infrastructure (hacking, exploiting)

If ow77 finds that any of these prohibitions have been violated, it has the right to close the account and retain any remaining balance. ow77 is not required to notify the player before doing so.

Players who do not agree with a change made without notice may stop using ow77 and request account closure.
